Refund & Returns Policy

Our approach to returns, replacements and refunds for auto spare parts.

Eligibility

Returns may be considered where a part is defective on arrival, incorrectly supplied against the confirmed quote, or damaged in transit.

Notification window

Please notify us in writing within 3 UAE business days of receipt, including your order reference and photos of the part and packaging.

Condition of returned parts

Parts must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, seals and labels intact. Electrical components, custom-order items and installed parts are typically non-returnable unless defective.

Refund process

Once the returned part is received and inspected, we confirm the outcome and issue a refund, replacement or credit note. Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible and processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-refundable items

Lubricants, fluids, opened consumables and clearance items are generally non-refundable except where defective.
