We deliver across all seven Emirates. Delivery to remote areas may require additional lead time and cost, confirmed at the point of quotation.
Lead time
Standard in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 UAE business days. Sourced or special-order parts follow the lead time stated in your confirmed quote.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on order weight, destination and urgency. Applicable charges are shown in your quote before you confirm the order.
Collection
Self-collection can be arranged at a scheduled time, subject to prior confirmation.
Receipt & inspection
Please inspect your delivery on receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 3 UAE business days along with photos and the delivery reference.
